Inspired by the popular horse races of Ascot, Hats&Horses aims to establish in the calendar, an event under common denominators: the wish of having fun, enjoy a day out, live music, gastronomy and, of course, the passion for horses. A date with a very special ambience, the occasion to completely forget our day-to-day and just have fun!

The festival, which combines the passion for the horses world with the latest trends in fashion, stands as one of the leading events in the Menorcan spring and the Mallorcan autumn. Now, is landing in Barcelona where, again, fashion, culture, distinction and passion for horses will go hand in hand.

An event that was born with a vocation of continuity and to contribute to improve interest in very specific locations, out of high seasons, by linking culture, gastronomy, nature, traditions, commerce, sports and, of course, one of its star elements, the TROTTING RACES in Menorca and Mallorca, and Dressage in Barcelona.

Thus, this festival becomes an ideal occasion to visit and get to know Menorca and Mallorca, bringing its culture to all audiences, also Barcelona, in a new era for the city.

With the collaboration of the Consell Insular y el Turismo de Menorca and Mallorca, this original event combines the representative trot races (which enhance the image of the Menorcan horse), with the exhibition of classic cars, live music and gastronomy.

A single requirement: The dress code demands hat, headdress or fascinator in the purest Ascot style; for both men and women.

Hats &Horses, aims to become a regular event that, evoking the emblematic races of Ascot, highlights theequine tradition especially of Menorca where, the horse has a representative role; it stands out in the popular festivities of Sant Joan in Ciutadella or in the wonderful Camí de Cavalls that runs throughout the island on the edge of the sea..
